These audits are also supplemented by the analysis of satisfaction questionnaires which are sent to each client one week after their stay.

The quality audit plus the satisfaction surveys make it possible to assign each Sunêlia a quality score expressed as a percentage. This % is the basis on which the Ladybugs are awarded, which is a rating specific to the brand.
